Die Corona-Krise bedroht die Existenz vieler Betriebe. Die
cdVet Naturprodukte GmbH, die sich auf natürliche Tiergesundheit spezialisiert,
bietet in der Corona-Krise Lösungen und wirksame Unterstützung für

cdVet unterstützt seit Beginn der Krise seine Kunden, Händler und Partner
solidarisch, denn Solidarität als Grundprinzip menschlichen Zusammenlebens ist

Als systemrelevanter Lieferant im Bereich der natürlichen Tierernährung,
Tiergesundheit und Hygiene ergriff cdVet frühzeitig alle notwendigen Maßnahmen,
um die Versorgung von Kunden und Tieren auch während der Corona-Krise
sicherzustellen.
Bereits zu Beginn des Jahres hat cdVet sich auf eine eventuelle Situation wie
in China vorbereitet und konnte somit - mit massiven Anstrengungen u.a. auch
durch die Belegschaft - die Lieferfähigkeit aller Produkte aufrechterhalten.
Besondere Priorität im Umgang mit der Krise hat die informative Versorgung.
Unter dem Motto „panikfreie Informationen“ erstellt cdVet regelmäßige Updates
zur Einschätzung der aktuellen Lage und wissenswerte Informationen zum Beispiel
bezüglich Förder- und Krisenprogrammen des Staates, Hygienekonzepten und der
Organisation von Lieferservices, etc.
Mit Beginn der Corona-Krise hat cdVet einen Krisenstab eingerichtet, der sich
effektiv um die Problemthemen der einzelnen Händlerkundengruppen wie
Tierheilpraktiker, Hundesalons, Landwirte, Reitbetriebe, Zoofachhandel und
BARF-Shops kümmert und schnell wirksame Lösungen erarbeitet und eine stetige
Kommunikation sicherstellt. Ziel ist es, allen Kunden wirksame Handlungsoptionen
an die Hand zu geben.
Insbesondere unterstützt der cdVet Krisenstab Händler in Krisensituationen wie
„Betriebsunterbrechungen“ (zum Beispiel bei angeordneten Schließungen)
bezüglich der Vermeidung von Geschäftsschließungen, der Wiedereröffnung, dem
Hygienemanagement sowie im Coaching zur Verbesserung der Krisenstrategie bei
Umsatzrückgängen.
Für eine einfache und unkomplizierte Kommunikation zwischen der Firmenzentrale
in Fürstenau und den cdVet-Partnern finden zudem regelmäßig Chancenmeetings z.B.
via Zoom Cloud Meetings statt, bei denen Händlerkunden ihre Fragen direkt an
die Experten von cdVet stellen können und individuelle Lösungsansätze für ihre
Probleme in der Krise erhalten.
Die Händler werden von cdVet intensiv (auch durch Coaching) bezüglich der
erforderlichen geänderten Kommunikation in der Krise zu ihren Kunden
unterstützt. Eine intensive Kommunikation wird zudem auch weiterhin mit
Endverbrauchern umgesetzt, um gerade jetzt, auch durch effiziente Beratung per
Mail und Telefon, für diese da zu sein.
