Feeding recommendation: daily 1 g/10 kg body weight. 1 quarter tsp. corresponds to approx. ca. 0.9 g. Mix 1 part psyllium husks with at least 10 parts water and allow to swell for 15-20 min.
Since psyllium husks form a mucus and line the stomach and intestines with it, medications can no longer be absorbed well. Therefore, please give the psyllium husks with a time delay!
