Wonders of nature - the New Zealand farmed green-lipped mussel

Farmed green-lipped mussel is good for joint problems because it is a rich source of omega-3 fatty acids, glucosaminoglycans (GAGs), and antioxidants that can help support joint health. The omega-3 fatty acids contained within green-lipped mussels may also have anti-inflammatory properties. This can improve joint function and increase mobility. The GAGs in green-lipped mussels are important components of cartilage and synovial fluid. Which are known to reduce cartilage degradation and promote the restoration of damaged cartilage. In addition, green-lipped mussels contain antioxidants that can help promote cell health.

Freeze-dried processing

You can rely on the fact that the green-lipped mussels in the ArthroGreen products are rich in the active ingredient GAG (glucosamin glycans) and omega-3 fatty acids. Because the green-lipped mussel products benefit from the gentle processing of freeze-drying. This makes them superior to many other products. Other products with green-lipped mussel components often contain dried, green-lipped mussel meat or de-oiled mussel concentrate. This more intensive form of processing leads to a loss of nutrients. This is because the active ingredients of the mussels are not completely preserved. Incorrect processing can negatively affect the effectiveness of ingredients. That's why the green-lipped mussels used in ArthroGreen products are freeze-dried. They are not heated during the entire production process, as only with this gentle type of processing the important active ingredients in the mussels are preserved in their optimal state.
