Sooner or later, almost every intact male dog comes down with foreskin catarrh. Excited male dogs excoriate their penis, opening the door to bacteria and other pathogens. In response to their penetration, the male dog produces more smegma, which then irritates the penis unpleasantly and can cause soiling in the male dog's surroundings on blankets or furniture due to purulent, gray-green discharge. Normally, foreskin inflammation is not serious, but can lead to urinary tract infections, for example, and can also be an obstacle to a planned mating. The wearing of male dog diapers, e.g. in hotels on show weekends, can also change the microclimate to such an extent that the foreskin becomes inflamed more frequently.
ProBreeder Gentleman can quickly reduce itching and pain thanks to its natural active ingredients. The micronized silver particles are 0.01 millimetres in size and do not penetrate the animal's organism like nanoparticles. However, the superficial effect of the silver particles is completely sufficient to provide the skin with long-term protection without burdening the organism. This long-term protection can be guaranteed because the micronized silver has the ability to generate new silver ions throughout the day due to its special, sponge-like surface. This results in a constant renewal of the protective function. The nourishing oils supplement this protective function by moisturizing the skin and thus ensuring the animal's optimum well-being. Calendula, lavender, and sage oils can also have an anti-inflammatory and soothing effect. Thus the sensitive mucous membrane is soothed, and inflammation and itching subside.
