Feed material for dogs, cats, and other petsNatural additional food for intestinal regulation, from gently dried carrot pomace, powderVetCarotin is rich in carotene, essential vitamins, and trace elements, such as calcium, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, potassium, and iodine. These ingredients are important for a good hair coat, good pigmentation, high resistance, good eyesight, organ metabolism, blood and cell structure, and for anoptimal and healthy young animal development.VetCarotin is a purely natural, ground carrot pomace, which is given daily to the normal feed. The contained beta-carotene (provitamin A) is converted in the body to vitamin A and serves the organism, among other things, to build up, cover and seal the outer layers of the skin and the mucous membranes of the respiratory and digestive system, as well as the urinary and sexual system. In the case of nutrition-related diarrhea, it can be used, in combination with GutClean, for support.Expert tip: VetCarotin has an effect on the pigmentation of the skin and may therefore cause slight changes in animals with white or light coat color.Composition: carrot pomace ground 100%Analytical constituents: crude fiber 30%Feeding recommendation: Add 5 g/10 kg body weight daily to the feed. 1 tsp. corresponds to approx. 3.2 g / 1 tbsp. = ca. 9.6 g.

Complementary feed (powder) for dogs, cats, and horsesFor nutrition-related support of the immune system and cell metabolismZytoVet forte is a feed supplement for animals, for special support of feed intake in case of problems with the immune system, autoimmune diseases, and cell metabolism. The cell is the smallest functional unit of the body. It is responsible for the metabolism, i.e. for the degradation and transformation processes of food and oxygen intake, as well as for the rebuilding of degraded or damaged cells. If this system is damaged, a wide variety of diseases and disorders occur. Only healthy, functional cells guarantee a healthy body.Expert tip: Optimal cell metabolism and strengthened cells are especially important for animals with autoimmune diseases and for older animals. Strengthened cells have an inhibiting effect on the development of degenerated cells, thus tumor susceptibility can be reduced.Composition: grape pips meal, maerl, spirulina, mumiyo, sea buckthorn berries, maltodextrinAdditives/kg: Technological additives: bentonite (1m558i) 287.6 g.The total amount of bentonite must not exceed the permitted maximum level in complete feedingstuff of 20000 mg/kg of complete feedingstuff.Analytical constituents: crude ash 50.8%, crude protein 12.9%, crude fat 1.7%, crude fiber 10.7%, ash insoluble in HCl 30.0%, calcium 5.46%, magnesium 0.54%, phosphorus 0.24%, sodium 0, 16%Feeding recommendation (powder): Add daily to the feed. A cat that is noticeably withdrawn, very quiet, eats little or nothing and is perhaps unusually aggressive or affectionate may be in pain and suffering. Animals with noticeable behavioral changes should always be taken to a vet. Cats can also endure severe pain for a very long time without necessarily showing any signs beforehand.
Raisins and grapes are poisonous for cats and should not be fed to them. Bones should also never be fed in boiled or otherwise prepared form. You should also be careful with milk and dairy products. Contrary to advertising, these are not part of the normal diet of carnivorous cats.
Clean, clear eyes, a healthy appetite, regular digestion and the occasional short cuddle or play session are all very good signs that the cat is feeling well. But cats are also completely different. Just because a cat doesn't play or is very picky about eating doesn't mean that it isn't well. Observing your own animal and recognizing deviations from normal behavior is the most important thing here.
The most common diseases include diseases of the kidneys and respiratory tract. But feline diabetes is also becoming increasingly important and is now very common. Another of the most common diseases is cat flu, which infects countless uncontrolled kittens every year and can be fatal.
Infectious peritonitis (FIP) is a particularly fatal disease. Around 70% of all cats are carriers of the trigger, but only in around 5-10% of cases does the virus mutate and the cats contract the fatal disease. Unfortunately, so-called feline AIDS (FIV) is also fatal in the long term due to the massive weakening of the immune system.
