Source of minerals when feeding raw meat to young dogs from 16 weeks of age with HuminoMin® complex
Experienced breeders, especially of large dog breeds, know that feeding raw meat encourages young dogs to grow without pushing their size growth excessively due to too much protein. Too rapid growth overtaxes the musculoskeletal system and often leads to joint problems and hyperextension. Minerals and trace elements are essential building blocks of the body. A deficiency during growth in adolescence often leads to lifelong health problems. Sufficient calcium intake plays a particularly important role when feeding raw meat. Collagen promotes healthy joint development and HuminoMin® promotes intestinal health. cdVet has therefore developed ProBreeder Grow Up as a special mineral supplement for dogs until they reach their final size (always breed-dependent, dwarf dogs grow up faster than large-breed dogs).
Special feature of the HuminoMin® complex: Intestinal health and environmental conditions also play a role that should not be underestimated when it comes to the absorption and utilization of the required micronutrients. This is where the HuminoMin® complex comes in: Due to its elaborate composition, the mucous membranes of the stomach and intestine are protected and supported in their function, which favors the absorption of necessary micronutrients. In addition, the HuminoMin complex supports the regulation of acid-base balance and is characterized by excellent cell-protecting antioxidant properties.
Composition: maerl, linseed expeller, porcine collagen hydrolysate 10%, sunflower seed expeller, malt rootlets, seaweed meal, eggshell powder, grape pips meal, brewers‘ yeast, brewers' yeast cell walls (MOS), peat
Additives/kg: Technological additives: clinoptilolite of sedimentary origin (1g568) 13 g.
Total quantity of clinoptilolite of sedimentary origin from all sources shall not exceed the maximum content of 10000 mg/kg.
Analytical constituents: crude protein 25.3%, crude fat 4.0%, crude fiber 23.0%, crude ash 33.5%, ash insoluble in HCl 2.3%, calcium 11.5%, phosphorus 0.41%, magnesium 0.91%, potassium 0.75%, sodium 0.39%
