Seine absorptive Fähigkeit wird überall dort eingesetzt, wo Flüssigkeit oder Feuchtigkeit gebunden werden muss.Kieselgur ist auch für die Verwendung in Futtermitteln gemäß EU-Verordnung für alle Tierarten zugelassen. Somit besteht höchste Sicherheit im Zusammenhang mit der Anwendung in der direkten Nähe von Tiernahrung.Kieselgur kann nicht überdosiert werden. Die Menge der Ausbringung auf den Bedarfsflächen hängt von der Materialbeschaffenheit ab.
