How do you recognize back pain in cats?
If the cat suddenly no longer wants to be picked up or can no longer jump to its favorite spot on its own. It also finds it uncomfortable to be stroked on its back or suddenly even starts scratching when it is touched there. These can all be signs of a painful problem in the back area and should be checked out.
