Complementary feed (liquid, fermented) for dogs and catsFor the nutrition-related support of the intestinal floraFor the production of GutActive, wild and spice plants are fermented together in a natural process. During this fermentation, the probiotic microorganisms multiply, producing the substances that are so valuable to us, such as lactic acid, antioxidants, enzymes and vitamins. This special mixture of valuable lactic acid bacteria and co., can regulate the pH in the digestive tract, the development of pathogenic bacteria is naturally reduced. This makes GutActive to a holistic product in which all components complement and work together. The fermented herbs in the GutActive support the balance of the intestinal flora and the entire microbiological situation. This promotes physiological digestion and stimulates the natural immune system.- Milk-free and therefore very well suited for milk intolerance.- Sugar-free and therefore also suitable for diabetics. During the fermentation process, the lactic acid bacteria multiply by breaking down the sugars and turning them into lactic and acetic acid. Only when the sugars are completely degraded, the fermentation process is complete.- Contains no alcohol.- The herbs contained are no longer available in the original form after fermentation and are thus compatible homeopathy and usually easily tolerated.Expert tip: Before the first feeding GutClean is recommended!Composition: stinging nettle, echinacea, hibiscus, oregano, peppermint, fenugreek seed, ribwort plantain leaves, licorice root, yarrow herb, wormwood herb, marshmallow roots, thyme, Chinese rhubarb root, anise, fennel, raspberry leaves, cowslip roots, aronia berries pomace, spiny restharrow roots, rosemary leaves, sunflower blossoms, rock salt, sugar cane molassesAnalytical constituents: crude protein 0.2%, crude fiber 0.2%, crude fat 0%, crude ash 0%, moisture 98.3%, sodium 0.031%Feeding recommendation: Add 1.5-2 ml/5 kg body weight to the feed 1 x daily for at least 4-6 weeks. Complementary feed (liquid, fermented) for dogs and catsNew, patented manufacturing process - increased efficacy due to improved gastric mobilityNutrition-related support of the intestinal floraThe gut contains billions of microorganisms. A distinction is made between pathogenic bacteria (pathogens causing disease) and beneficial bacteria for the intestinal flora such lactic acid bacteria. These "good" bacteria are diligent helpers of the immune system and have a positive influence on the digestive juices, enzymes and intestinal mucosa. The pathogens are literally fought and displaced. In addition, an intact intestinal flora ensures good digestion.1. Displacement of pathogenic bacteria2. Stimulation of the immune system3. Improved digestion of the food4. Maintenance of intestinal peristalsisIf the natural intestinal flora is disturbed, it can lead to excessive colonization by pathogens and the dog gets diarrhea. Even antibiotic treatments can attack the protective function - often the medicaments do not distinguish between "good" and "bad" bacteria. The intestinal flora is disturbed, their defense mechanism works only limited and the intestinal wall is affected. The ancestor of our dog - the wolf - therefore also eats the digestive organs of its prey. They contain all the necessary microorganisms for a well-functioning intestinal flora. It is not always possible to feed fresh rumen or omasum. Even frozen, they do not compensate for the lack of valuable bacteria and enzymes, as they are destroyed by the frost. This deficiency can be compensated very well with fermented herbs. Therefore, regular feeding with GutActive plus is recommended, even in the case of diet-related impaired intestinal flora as well as digestive problems.Especially recommended after antibiotic treatment and chemical wormers.Composition: stinging nettle, echinacea, hibiscus, oregano, peppermint, stevia, fenugreek seed, ribwort plantain leaves, licorice root, yarrow herb, wormwood herb, marshmallow roots, thyme, Chinese rhubarb root, anise, fennel, raspberry leaves, cowslip roots, aronia berries pomace, spiny restharrow roots, rosemary leaves, sunflower blossoms, rock salt, sugar cane molassesAnalytical constituents: crude protein 0.2%, crude fiber 0.2%, crude fat 0%, crude ash 0%, moisture 98.3%, sodium 0.031%Feeding recommendation: give 1.5-2 ml/5 kg body weight 1-2 x a week onto the feedStore it cool and dark, protect from frost!

Mineral complementary feed for dogs and catsHigh-quality nutrient source with HuminoMin® complex, powdercdVet HuminoMineral cosists of and the unique HuminoMin-Complex® and natural nutrients. It is rich in essential amino acids, vitamins, minerals, and trace elements. Particularly noteworthy is its high content of zinc and magnesium. cdVet HuminoMineral also contains a lot of folic acid as well as vitamin E, B vitamins, ß-carotene, sulfur, potassium, and selenium.Special feature of the HuminoMin® complex: Intestinal health and environmental conditions also play a role that should not be underestimated when it comes to the absorption and utilization of the required micronutrients. This is where the HuminoMin® complex comes in: Due to its elaborate composition, the mucous membranes of the stomach and intestine are protected and supported in their function, which favors the absorption of necessary micronutrients. In addition, the HuminoMin complex supports the regulation of acid-base balance and is characterized by excellent cell-protecting antioxidant properties.Due to the high toxin-binding properties of the HuminoMin® complex, toxins from bacteria and fungi or also toxins supplied from outside, such as glyphosate, are already bound in the intestine and excreted via the feces. This reduces the burden on the organism because the toxins do not enter the blood, and organs and tissues remain protected. The presence of glyphosate in more and more feedstuffs, of plant and also animal origin, can lead to a deficiency of micronutrients, although there would actually be enough minerals and trace elements. These nutrients cannot be absorbed because they are bound by glyphosate.HuminoMin® complex: • mucosal protection for stomach and intestine • toxin binding in the intestine • excellent feed conversion - micronutrients are better absorbed • cell protection through antioxidant properties • regulation of acid-base balance • support of the immune defense by balancing the lack of mineralsComposition: maerl, sunflower seed expeller, malt rootlets, seaweed meal, grape pips meal, brewers‘ yeast, brewers‘ yeast cell walls (MOS), peatAdditives/kg: Technological additives: clinoptilolite of sedimentary origin (1g568) 20 g.Total quantity of clinoptilolite of sedimentary origin from all sources shall not exceed the maximum content of 10000 mg/kg.Analytical constituents: calcium 15.3%, phosphorus 0.25%, magnesium 1.04%, sodium 0.26%, ash insoluble in HCl 6%Feeding recommendation: Add daily to the feed. Most types of cat food consist of leftovers from meat production for humans. However, since humans do not breed mice as food, mice would have to be bred and slaughtered specifically for cat food. The rodents are also very small and do not produce much meat. Therefore, from an economic point of view, mice in cat food are not worth it: the food would be very complex to produce – and therefore significantly more expensive for the cat owner than other flavors.
Depending on its hunting skills, a wild cat catches between eight and twelve mice per day. However, it would only need about 6-7 to be full.
A good cat food contains one thing above all: meat! Cats are carnivores and therefore depend on a high protein intake through their diet. It is also important to feed them either fresh/raw food or use a high-quality can.
In nature, cats eat various small meals every day. These consist primarily of hunted mice, birds, fish and insects. The prey is eaten whole, including innards, stomach contents, bones and fur. This provides the cat with everything it needs to live: proteins, fats, carbohydrates, fiber and fluids.
How much food a cat needs per day depends on various factors. In addition to age and weight, activity also plays a major role. An outdoor cat has a much higher energy consumption than an indoor cat that just goes back and forth between the sofa and the food bowl. As a guideline: an adult cat of average size and weighing around 4 kilograms eats 210 to 300 grams of wet food per day.
