The tannins contained in tree bark can contribute to a superficial thickening of the intestinal mucosa, forming a protective layer in the intestine. This prevents increased water loss. The intestinal contents become less liquid, and the resulting protective layer makes it more difficult for bacteria, toxins, or irritants to penetrate.
A natural diet should be based on the diet of wild animals. Observations of various wild animal species have shown that tree and shrub bark also forms a regular part of their diet.
The tree parts contained in GreenBunny KöttelFein are very rich in minerals and trace elements. They contain fiber-rich structures, as well as valuable nutrients.
