CBD Powder is extracted from the leaves of the hemp plant using the special cdVet cold pressing process. CBD is the abbreviation for cannabidiol, one of the many ingredients in the hemp plant Cannabis sativa. In contrast to the hemp component THC (=tetrahydrocannabinol), CBD has no intoxicating (psychoactive) effects.

The process of extracting the ingredient CBD from the hemp plant with the help of chemicals is customary in trade. The extracted CBD was then marketed as animal feed. Thus the CBD Powder from cdVet is marketable as a complementary feed for animals and can be fed without hesitation to animals that do not have an MDR1 gene defect.

The special cdVet cold pressing process ensures a purely naturally obtained CBD expeller, which also contains the full spectrum of plant substances, consisting of terpenes, flavonoids, phenols, omega-3 and -6 fatty acids, minerals, and vitamin E. The psychoactive THC is almost completely eliminated and is of course below the limit value of 0.2% THC specified by the EU.

The content of important ingredients of CBD Powder, such as naturally occurring essential fatty and amino acids, vitamins, minerals, and trace elements, have a high nutritional value for your animal.
