The seed mixture of the cultivated area consists of 13 different clover, herb and grass species (alfalfa, red clover, white clover, hop clover, bird‘s-foot trefoil, sainfoin, meadow caraway, burnet-saxifrage, yarrow, wild carrot, ribwort plantain, timothy-grass, smooth meadow-grass) and young Jerusalem artichoke herb from organic farming according to Bioland guidelines!
