The active ingredient contained in the spray, made from the leaves of lemon eucalyptus, adheres to the skin and hair of the treated animal. The ticks are deterred from biting by the smell. Since the animal is no longer perceived as an attractive host by ticks and other nuisances (fleas, mites, mosquitoes, etc.), a tick-free walk is possible.Expert tip: TickEx SpotOn is basically waterproof in rain and when bathing in water.
