Fit-Crock Sensitive Lamb Mini contains no grain and is therefore particularly suitable for dogs with grain intolerances. We consciously keep the fat and protein content low, so that even dogs with allergies and a tendency to metabolic disorders and / or overweight can be optimally cared for. This provides an optimal nutritional basis in which a performance-related addition of meat and other suitable fresh food in reasonable quantities is well tolerated.
Jerusalem artichoke is extremely rich in various ingredients. Noteworthy is the high potassium content (460mg per 100g), magnesium, calcium, sulfur, silicic acid and iron are abundant, as well as phosphorus and vitamins (such as carotene, B1, B2, B6), nicotinic acid, vitamin C, D, inositol and biotin. Fruit and glucose are present in a similar mixture as in honey.
In addition, Jerusalem artichoke contains a high proportion of probiotic, digestive inulin. Inulin is a non-digestible carbohydrate in the small intestine, which positively influences the bacterial flora in the large intestine (bifidobacteria are strengthened, putrefactive bacteria decrease). The absorption of minerals from the intestine is promoted and also a positive effect on the formation and utilization of essential fatty acids was observed. Since it is not absorbed as sugar from the intestine, it is very well tolerated. It also reduces hunger and prevents food cravings.
