100% natural diatoms, very finely ground - highly drying grit for application in stables and household, respectively

Kieselgur consists of the ground skeletons of fossil diatoms, the so-called ‘diatoms‘. These skeletons consist of silicon oxide. The use of kieselgur as a natural raw material is becoming increasingly important. Its absorptive capacity is used wherever liquid or moisture needs to be bound.

Kieselgur is also approved for use in animal feed in accordance with EU regulations for all animal species. This means that it is extremely safe to use in the immediate vicinity of animal feed.

Kieselgur cannot be overdosed. The quantity applied to the required areas depends on the nature of the material. A light-colored coating should be visible everywhere on the treated areas.

Expert tip: If the powder becomes a little damp, leave it open on the heating to dry. Kieselgur is also available as Kieselgur Liquid Powder for dust-free wet application.

Composition: 100% diatomaceous earth

Application recommendation: In the appartment: Spread as evenly as possible. In particular, sprinkle a thin layer on carpets, carpet edges, and fleecy subfloors and work in if necessary. In stables: Sprinkle powder carefully on floors, walls, in corners, and cavities. Kieselgur can be applied to the required areas either by hand or with a dust pump (pressure sprayer).

Kieselgur must be stored and applied in a dry place, otherwise it will not be effective.

Close packaging tightly after use. Can be stored indefinitely in dry storage. Attention: Light-colored materials can be discolored! Please test on a concealed area before use.

Anwendungsempfehlung: In der Wohnung: Möglichst gleichmäßig verteilen. Insbesondere Teppichböden, Teppichkanten und flauschige Unterböden dünn bestreuen und ggf. einarbeiten. Im Stall: Pulver sorgfältig auf Böden, Wände, in Ecken und Hohlräume streuen. Kieselgur kann entweder per Hand oder mit einer Stäubepumpe (Druckspritze) auf die Bedarfsflächen ausgebracht werden. Kieselgur muss trocken gelagert und angewendet werden, da es sonst keine Wirkung erzielen kann. Verpackung nach Gebrauch fest verschließen. Bei trockener Lagerung unbegrenzt haltbar. Achtung: Helle Materialien können verfärbt werden! Bitte vor Gebrauch an verdeckter Stelle testen.
